100mM dATP
Deoxyadenosine triphosphate (dATP) is a purine nucleoside triphosphate used in cells for DNA synthesis. A nucleoside triphosphate is a molecule type that contains a nucleoside with three phosphates bound to it. It can be used in PCR, RT, qPCR, RT-qPCR, NGS and other molecular biology experiments. The concentration of this product is 100 mM, diluted with ultrapure water as a sodium salt at pH 7.5.
